Sudarso was personal friends with Ir. Soekarno, President of the Republic of Indonesia. He often visited the Presidential Pallaces to meet with Soekarno and deliver paintings purchased by the President. Many of Sudarso’s paintings adorn the halls of Indonesia’s Palaces.
