My favorite Central Java Beach. I stayed here in 2000 shortly after meeting Gono for the first time. In 2006 Parangtritis was hit with a tsunami but, fortunately it was a fraction of the size as Sumatra’s global shaking tsunami over Christmas a few years ago. World class sunset beach.
